Jill Cole Massage Therapy

Hello and welcome to Jill Cole Massage Therapy! After a year hiatus from private practice, I am back in the business world under my own name. Beginning June 1st, 2009, I will be accepting massage appointments at my new location, The Ashland Building, 620 Euclid Avenue, Suite 104, Lexington, KY 40502.

For the past year, I have had the privilege of practicing massage at Be Medispa, the office of Dr. Paul Hester, in Chevy Chase, www.bemedispa.com. Dr. Hester’s practice offers medical aesthetic services, anti-aging and, hormone therapies and wellness services.

In addition to working with Dr. Hester, I have also been teaching massage therapy fundamentals at The Lexington Healing Arts Academy, www.lexingtonhealingsarts.com.  The school offers a 650 Hour massage certification program, a massage clinic, a yoga training program, and weekly yoga classes in their new yoga studio.

I am also excited to be starting my very first blog on massage therapy!  I will feature various topics and applications of massage on this site. Stay tuned for some interesting discussions, information and specials!
